Craig Sawyer
Craig L. Sawyer is
Co-founder, Principal and Managing Partner of Equitable Development
Consultants, L.L.P. He has over
fifteen years of community economic development experience working in rural
and urban communities. He has directed a statewide community economic
development effort in New Jersey and has directed economic and industrial
development program initiatives in the South Bronx.
Also, Craig Sawyer has
provided consultation and assistance to various nonprofit organizations,
institutions, businesses and individuals in the planning and development of
community and economic development initiatives. His work has resulted in
millions of dollars secured for revitalization, job creation, workforce
development and business expansion.
Craig L. Sawyer holds an Economic
Development Finance Professional (EDFP) designation from the National
Development Council and is completing his professional designation as a
Certified Economic Developer (CEcD) from the International Economic
Development Council. He also has received several professional certificates
in community economics and business development.
Craig Sawyer attended Rider University
for his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Rutgers
University’s Graduate School of Management for his M.B.A in Finance.

Theresa Taylor
Theresa Taylor has
joined National Redevelopment, after five years of real estate
experience as a Realtor with Weichert Realtors. She has worked with
clients providing professional service for their primary residential and
investment real estate needs. She is a member of NAR and holds a real
estate license from the State of New Jersey, after spending over ten
years managing investment properties. Theresa’s work experience as a
project coordinator for Equitable Development Consultants, LLP an
economic
development consultant firm has allowed her to work with nonprofit,
small business investors, economic development corporations,
municipalities, and merchants from various stages of real estate
investment. Services provided range from site identification,
development/redevelopment, property acquisition, marketing,
sale/purchase, leasing.
Theresa holds a
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Math Minor from the New
Jersey City University. She has spent over 12 years in the Corporate
Industry supervising in computer operations departments and working as
an Operations Analyst in the field of Computer Technology and Disaster
Recovery for major firms such as Dun & Bradstreet and Comdisco. Her past
and current work experiences, along with knowledge, and a commitment to
excellence will provide clients with a professional realtor committed to
helping them meet their real estate goals in marketing, sale/purchase,
and leasing.
